Can't re-access my saved vehicle information

Question

Hello tech support, I used my activation key to view the wiring details for my vehicle.  When I went back to look at it again I couldn't access the information as it was locked.  When I try to use my activation key it says it has already been used.  Can you please help, maybe reset my activation key so I can print out the information?

There is a 48hr timer once you unlock a vehicle. When that timer hits 0, the vehicle locks up again.
