Can't access vehicle information

I activated my account.  Trying to log back in and review information it says I need to buy a subscription.  This is after only a few hours of activation.  Help please.  I can't find anywhere to click that indicates it's a saved option.  When I select the vehcile by make/model/year is tells me that installation resources are "locked".

After 48 hrs of being unlocked, it will relock.

Email support@ifar.ca , we can send you a pdf of all the info available for your vehicle. Just don't forget to mention the actual car.
