installed unit on 2010 dodge charger. locks feature does not work. just get a clicking sound

I am installing evo plug and play remote start kit with lock, unlock add trunk release features. The remote start works but the other features just get a clicking sound.

Fortin doesn't manaufacture remotes for the EVO. The kit is an EVO and an RF-Kit from another manufacturer.
 
Door lock codes are learnt in the EVO at step 8 of the programming. If the vehicle came with factory remotes, you would need to hit lock at this step on the factory remote. If your car does not come with factory keyless remotes, you would need to hit the programming button once.

 A quick test would be to ground for 1-2 secs either the purple (lock input) or purple/white (unlock input) of the EVO.
