I can't re program evo all red light stays on

Question

I had it programmed but didn't have my astro start hooked up so I unhooked everything and went to re program but the red light just comes on and won't go out. And I can't reprogram it . This is what I tried .  Unplug it hold program button as soon as I plug it in red light is on and then let go and push button again but light just stays red?

Hi Roger,

Did you try a master reset? Plug the 4 pin connector and let go on red, once red hold down programming button for 5 seconds all the lights will flash and your module should be reset. If this does not work then there might be a problem with the EVO-ALL. You should be able to reset the module.
