2012 Navigator Encrypter issues

using the encryption method with EVO-ALL, everything goes as described. Navigator started two times just fine. closed the door and armed the alarm, now it sets the alarm off when I request start ???

Hi,

Try programming your remote starter to unlock the doors before remote start and relocking after start. This will disarm the factory alarm by unlocking the doors allowing the remote starter to start the vehicle. After it has started it will relock the doors. Use firmware v.4.18.  Where did you connect your doorlocks? Did you connect arm/disarm? Are you in Data-link or hard wired?
