2010 ford Taurus lights stay red and yellow when trying to program the modual.

Question

i have the harness wired as it should be.  The Can high and low are where they should be and the yellow, lt/blue and lt/blue-black wires are all connected as they should be.  everytime i try to program the modual i get solid red and yellow lights.  I believe i have the right firmware installed.  Dont know where else to go from here.
