passlock-sl2 v2 installation ok but car doesn't start

chevrolet cavalier 1999  with passlock  bypass SL2 V.2 installed according to schematic #2  led  flashes ok . car doesn't start  and than it flashes 4 times

no remote starter

The Passlock SL-2 is meant for use with a remote starter. It should not be used to permanently bypass the factory system, as stated on the Fortin website.
