2006 4Runner - KEY BYPASS Programming procedure failed, does not detect key insertion

Hi, I bought a EVO-ONE-TOY1 kit on 12/26/2021 for my 2006 Toyota 4Runner SR5 standard key, I used the latest FORTIN Guide #84911, REV 20200304, for installation.  After connecting all the wires, double checked, I moved to Key Bypass Programming. However, I could not go pass step 5.  The RED LED stays on after inserting a key, there was no flash 10X.  (Update: I called techsupport, found out my unit has not been flashed yet. So I bought a Fortin Flashlink from Amazon, I was able to flash Evo-One, also able to complete Key Pass programming. A19 connect to Pin 1 is correct.)

There seems to be 1 error on Guide #84911. For A8 (Driver Door Pin), Guide asks to connect Pin 8 (Red/Black),  but Pin 8 is Black/Blue in my Car.  I searched wire color database at WireColor.com, it says I should connect to Pin 23, and Pin 23 is Red/Black color in my car. So I connected A8 to Pin 23.

3X-Locks on OEM key for remote start does not work for 2006 4Runner, I bought Fortin RFK441 to pair with EVO-One.  Follow the instruction, I was able to make remote key work.  The techsupport is not very helpful for consumer, and the instructions are not very precise and clear.  If this is the first remote start system you plan to install, I would suggest to go with a plug-and-play system, or at least go with pre-programed package from MPC.  It will save you lots of time and frustration.
