where do a1 and a16 wires connect on 2019 explorer

Where do I connect wires A1 and A16 on a 2019 Explorer? More specifically, what color, and what pin on the vehicle do these two wires connect to? Pleaase do not respond with "Ignition+"; I am aware of what the insructions show...

If you are using evo-all for 3x lock start, you do not need to connect them.

 

If you are using an evo-one for 3x lock start, you simply connect them together.
