evo-all (hardware version 6) did not detected with flash manager

I bought about 14 evo-nist1 products from e-bay. For my Infiniti community members..

Some of them is not new.

And I found today just two 2016 product (hardware version 6) evo-all module did not detected with flash manager.

It said uncompatible product.. How can I next?

If these modules do not detect at the flasher but the others do then I would contact whoever sold them to you for a refund or exchange.
