Do I need to Wire Diodes with a Ford Thar-1 T-harness?

I just installed a fortin evo all into a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid and it fires up the ignition but doesn"t start the car into hybrid mode?? Also after I tied in the door pin at the gray connector up high on the SJB interrupting as per the fortin tech sheet it attempted to start once but still didn"t start correctly but when I opened the driver door it said place key in ignition and start vehicle or alarm will sound so I did that but then when I tryed it again I lost door lock and the pats indicator on the dash would no longer come on at all at the same general time the vehicle battery was getting low down around 8.5 volts so we connected a battery charger and even with the almost 13 volts from the charger it still is like there's a dead circuit somewhere?? any help would be greatly appreaciated!!! I've done remote starts in te past and never run into these kind of issues!! I did unlock and unplug the connector to get better access to the door pin wire when I cut it and wired to the evo all but then plugged it back in and locked it when done and it went easily barely any resistence so I don"t think I bent a pin plugging it back in haven"t checked fuses but wanted to gert someone with more experience opinion first!! Any and all help will be greatly appreaciated!!!

The door locks wires indicated in the guide are not required since we actually do door locks through can. Remove those connections if they are connected. The door pin connection is only there to disable the RAP if the radio stays on after ignition is turned off.
