2012 tundra won't start with evo one

I tried to install the evo-one on my 2012 tundra, I followed the install guide but still won't start when I press the 3x lock it just flashes 3 times the version on the evo-one is 79.24 the person that sold it to me said that it was recommended, I was able to tap into all the wires needed and even went through the whole programing , can any one please help me with this, I would gladly appreciate your help thanks.

Can you provide the service number written on the back of the module please.

3 flashes of parking lights means "Ready Mode" disabled when on a manual transmission vehicle. I will assume your truck is automatic. You need to cut that yellow wire loop on the back of the unit since your truck is automatic.
