If the blue light turns off but never flash when programming, verify the can high and can low connections.

I re-verified my CAN connections and they are correct.  When I turn the key the light goes away and comes back yellow, What does the mean?
if the can wires are reversed it will keep  you from programming the module, please try inversing the wires and reprogramming.
What are the "can wires?"  I do not see these labeled anywhere in the instructions.  I'm having the same problem where the blue light doesn't flash on step 4 and have verified all my wires and connections are good with a voltmeter.

Can wires are the "CAN-BUS" wires that can be found in the OBD-2 connector in your vehicle, but Sterling since are using the t-harness you do not need to physically connect wires, the t-harness connector takes care of this, this being said, if the t-harness connectors for the OBD-2 connector are not properly seated, then this can cause the issue of  no can communication hence the no flashing blue led.

Please verify on the white 5 pin connector on the gray and gray/black wires that there is voltage on those wires when the vehicle's igntion is turned ON.

Also, make sure that the vehicle can be started with a keyfob WITH NO BATTERIES in it, inserted into the vehicle's keyport.

Thank you,
I verified that the gray wires receive voltage (about 3V), but the key fob will not start the car without a battery and the EVO-ALL removed. What does this mean?

EDIT:

I tried plugging in the EVO-ALL and the car was able to start successfully without the battery in the fob.  However, trying to program the unit still resulted in step 4 not to give blue flashing lights.  I tried removing and reconnecting the harness plugs for the fob port on the car, still no luck.

Re-flash the module with the latest nissan/infiniti firmware and try re programming it in the vehicle.
This worked, thanks so much for your help everyone!  I must have done something wrong in programming it originally.

Now I'm enjoying my 2011 remote start Altima with Push-To-Start.
