2010 jeep liberty ignition comes on but no crank

i have a 2010 jeep liberty hooked up to a fortin evo-all which is data link connected to a crimestopper rs3-g5 remote start. it worked for a while but than all of a sudden it wouldnt crank. my electronics and ignition would come on but it wouldnt start. when the car is started it has the orange light on and when its remote started the red and orange light is on. any tips?

I would try reprogramming the unit first, have you went to the dealership recently for recalls ?

I've tried reprogramming it numerous times. I brought it to the dealership for 2 software updates.
