Remote works - normal keystart stopped working

Question

The Evo (MPC P/N 2380) was installed, and the remote start function works correctly without issue,  however now if you try and start the truck with just the key and not using the remote start function it will NOT crank at all. The lights, radio and the like all come on but the key does not turn over and the engine does not start unless using the remote start function (hitting lock button 3 times).
