EVO chrt4 for a diesel

I just bought the evo chrt4 and installed it on my 2012 ram 3500 diesel. Very easy to install but the delay for the grid heater does not work. Did i buy the wrong unit? When I looked it up on your website, this is what it recommended.

THe diesel option must be enabled in the EVO you have purchased, check with your supplier to make sure it was turned on before sending it to you.

By default the diesel option is OFF.

How long is the delay on this particular unit? I also have the same unit.
