Do you have to have to keys for your vehicle to install a remote starter?

Do you absolutely have to have 2 oem keys for the evo fortin1 to be installed on a 2013 ford escape sel standard key start? I only have one key to my vehicle.

You can program with only one key but you will require the Flashlink Updater.
