EVO-ALL standalone install 2002 Chevrolet Silverado

Question

Can the EVO-ALL function as a remote starter in a standalone install? (3x start OEM key) Or is this a bypass unit only? Where I need a seperate remote starter. This is for a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado, standard key.

On the 2002 silverado you will definitely need a third party remote starter to power up those high current ignition harness wires. EVO-ALL will do just the bypass. Passlock SL2-V2 would be a more cost effective solution for bypass on this truck.
