What are the proper functions, modes, and wiring for anti-grind and starter kill

I am looking to add anti-grind/starter kill on my 2014 Toyota Tundra.

Here is the setup I am planning on using.

- Function 32, Mode 4. (dark blue wire A8 set to "starter-kill")

- Function 10, Mode 1. ("starter-kill and anti-grind")

- Wire in a spdt relay using the normally closed circuit. With Ignition 2 and the dark blue (A8) wires hooked up to the positive and negative side of the coil respectively (posts 86 and 85)

Is this correct?

My evo one and tundra has ignition 1 and ignition 2 does it matter which one i use?

Place the cut starter wire loop on the ignition side of the t-harness

It does not matter which ignition power you use. Both will provide power as needed.

Is this going to prevent starter grinding if you accidently turn key all the way after a remote start?

Yes thats exactly what this will do. Additionally, it will provide a starter kill (disabling the starter) once the vehicle is armed if you make the same function programming selections listed above. Wiring the relay normally closed as specified above will still allow the vehicle to start if the relay ever fails, so you arent left stranded.
