Turning the key in the door barrel will not disarm an aftermarket alarm. You have to use aftermarket remotes.

Why would crimestopper give you the option of remote starting with OEM fob if u can't get in the car with out setting off the alarm? Why have that option if u still have to carry there remote? If I connect the lock unlock wires from evo all to car unlock wire will this solve the problem?

The factory remotes do not work by factory when the vehicle is running on most Honda vehicles. Crimestopper has no control on that. If your  vehicle allowed the OEM remotes to work while the vehicle is running, then you wouldn't have any problems with arm or disarming the Crimestopper since the EVO would be able to send the signals to the Crimestopper.

3xLock start is working right now because the EVO is detecting the OEM remotes through Can-Bus and sending the commands to start to the Crimestopper. The EVO also tells the Crimestopper to arm and disarm when it sees a lock or unlock press from the OEM remote. If the car is not sending commands through Can-Bus, then the EVO does not pick them up and will not be able to tell the Crimestopper to arm or disarm.

3xlock start and alarm control from the oem remote are two completely different things but they work on the same principal that the EVO needs to be able to detect the OEM remotes through Can-Bus when the car is running and when the car is off.  We do not even list 3x lock start being compatible on this car for the exact reason that the oem remotes do not work while the car is running.

This may work but i suggest you test it first.

  • close the doors
  • remote start the car
  • take the purple/white wire of the EVO and ground it for 1 second
    • if the crimestopper disarms at this point, then you'll be able to connect that purple/white wire to a negative trigger unlock wire on the car
    • if the crimestopper does not disarm, then there is nothing you will be able to do
