Can RF Kit RFK942 be used as a direct replacement of my OEM remote?

I have 2013 Venza with a smart key, push button start, I'm trying to get better range on the keyless entry and remote start(evo-all not working yet). Is there a rf kit that will completely replace oem key fob?

No the rfkit does not replace the oem key.
