problem programming evo all on rogue 2013 normal key.

hi i installed an evo all with a prostart rs today and everything where fine until i try to program the evo all, i used the program.3 the yellow and Red Light goes on but the flashing blue Light never occur. I double check the canh/l connections and my ignition, is there any thing i can do to find the problem ?

If you want to properly test can-bus connections, follow program 2. This will only program can-bus.

• if the blue led stays off at the last step, can-bus is not properly connected
• if the blue led stays on at the last step, ignition is not detected

That service number will show us exactly which firmware is actually in the EVO-ALL.

Is there à programation that i could use to only have the bypass keysystem and not the can, the client only need the rs to start the vehicule.

Just don't connect the 5-pin can-bus connector to the evo-all. It should program right up and ignore can-bus. You will have to connect foot brake and tach to the remote starter, and ideally also connect a hood switch. If the car has an original alarm, you'll need to connect the lock/arm-unlock/disarm wires as well.

 

Can I recommend something? The EVO-KEY. It's basically an EVO-ALL without the can drivers. https://fortin.ca/en/products/evo-series/evo-key/

i saw program. 1 is for bypass only can i use this one? the evo-all installation guide already make me connect arm-disarm with RS but not the key sense, if i decide to not go with the can bus and do the only bypass i only need to connect an ignition to keysense wire with a diode and program the rs to disarm before start?

Just follow the same programming procedure. At step 5 (turn ignition on), the blue led will not end up flashing. Without the can-bus connector actually connected to the evo-all, you should be able to contiue the programming at this point.

The disarm is controlled directly from the remote starter. The install guide shows you where to connect for arm and disarm.

So, i tried prog.3 with no can bus connect when i take of the key the 3 led start blinking for a few seconds and goes off, when i put the key back in the red and yellow go solid but nothing else happen.

 

I try prog,1 after a few second the 3 led start blinking.

 

my connection on the Rx ltblue only / Tx wire cut yelow/red to the connector and ltblue/blk with yellow/green to the vehicule.

The module as been made in 07/2015 and the firmware is over the minimum requirement, the module as been update by my local dealer shop.
